Return
General Merchandise	Exchanges and refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided that the item is unopened and in a resalable condition.
Refrigerated, Frozen, and Fresh Products (Fruits, Vegetables, Fish, Meat, Dairy, Ice Cream, etc.)	Exchanges and refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging, and is resalable.
Deli	Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if there is an issue with the product.

Warranty
Cuchen & Dimchae	The manufacturer's warranty period is 1 year. (However, commercial rice cookers have a 6-month warranty). If the product is damaged after the 1-year warranty period, we offer paid repair services.
Cuckoo	The manufacturer's warranty period is 1 year

Others
HNS Cash Coupons	Upone earning 100 points from a same-day purchase, you will receive a "cash coupon" worth $1.50. You can check the accumulated points at the bottom of the receipt under "Counpons and Points." Sale items are excluded from this offer . (Up to 4 coupons can be issued.)
HNS Gift Card	Gift cards can be purchased in minimum denominations of $10 at the Customer Service (CS) desk of each store. Gift cards can be reloaded at any time after the balance is depleted.
Other Information	For lost or found items, please contact Customer Service. Personal carry bags or any other types of storage containers are not allowed inside the store. Pets are not allowed inside the store, except for certified service animals. Skateboards, bicycles, and rollerblades are prohibited inside the store. To prevent safety accidents, children are not allowed to ride in shopping baskets within the store.
